Booking policy

Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of booking via secure card payment. We never store card details.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the booking is non-refundable.

Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later times can usually be arranged on request.

A pre-authorisation hold may be requested for high-season stays. Released within 48 hours of departure.
